If an order is returned to us (RTO) for any reason, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-4 working days after the parcel is received back. Actual RTO charges incurred for the return shipment will be deducted.

Refunds will be made only after the parcel is received back. The returned parcel will not be re-shipped. If you wish to receive the same product again, you may place a new order through our website.
