All domestic orders are processed within 4-6 business days. While we make every effort to deliver each international order within 10-15 working days, customs-related delays may occur, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your location.
We don’t provide Cash on Delivery for domestic orders as well as for international orders, advance payment has to been done.
Customization requests may require additional time and will incur an additional fee. Please note that certain customizations may not be available.
You will receive a shipment confirmation on email or Whatsapp once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Once your order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or modified. A cancellation or modification request may be considered under exceptional circumstances. If the mentioned criteria are matched, please email us on uniqquejewelscustomercare@gmail.com along with a Whatsapp message, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the customer is unable to accept the product for any reason within these attempts, a refund will be processed after deducting the expenses incurred by us. The refund will be initiated in 5 to 8 business days after we receive the returned order back to us.
uniqquejewels is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your purchase.
If you receive your order damaged, defective or incorrect, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must notify us through email along with a Whatsapp message within 2 working days of receiving the product and we will make every effort to accommodate your complaint.
Certain products may be restricted for shipping to international destinations due to regulations or carrier limitations. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped internationally.
