Clearance Items – No Return Policy

Any product purchased under Clearance Sale is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

A clear continuous unboxing video is compulsory while opening the parcel, starting from the sealed package and showing the complete unpacking process.

This video is mandatory for any claim related to:

  • Damaged product
  • Missing item
  • Wrong product
  • Defective item
  • Parcel tampering

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

4. Product Quality Check Before Dispatch

Each product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to avoid any damage, defect, or incorrect shipment.

5. How to Raise a Return Request

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery and send:

  • Clear images of the product
  • Order details
  • Proper unboxing video

If the request is found genuine and eligible, it will be approved.

7. Pickup Process

If approved, return pickup will be arranged.

Please pack the product carefully in secure packaging and keep it ready for pickup.

Improper packing may result in rejection of the return claim.

8. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and passes inspection, refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: 7-12 working days depending on bank/payment provider.

If the same product is available, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.

11. International Orders

Returns are generally not accepted for international orders.

However, if a product is received damaged beyond repair, the case may be reviewed.
